All in a culture thats as tight as Summary:Mr. Lawnmower Snow Removal Walkways Crew Members are responsible for clearing and de-icing driveways walkways steps and sidewalks all over the GTA. We currently service premier Commercial Industrial and Institutional properties throughout the GTA. You will be assigned a truck equipped with snowblowers and shovels to carry out service when required. Drivers are expected to be available 24Hrs/Day 7 Days/week at any time snow or ice event occurs from November 15th 2025 - April 31st 2026. Drivers are also responsible for having a phone with data to track all service visits with our app. As a Snow Removal Walkways Crew Member you are responsible for safely operating your equipment while performing the delivery of services. Our clients trust us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us live out our values every May Include:Respond promptly to calls for snow and ice pre-shift inspections and maintenance of trucks and snow from customers sites and designated areas (marked on site maps).Operate snow removal equipment such as snow blowers snow shovels or salt spreaders depending on the job and equipment availability in a safe responsible and efficient manner following all recommended equipment as snowblow or use other hand tools to manually remove snow and ice from designated salt sand or other de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather paperwork electronically at the end of every duties as and Skills:Valid Ontario Class G Drivers License and clean driving be able to operate snow equipment (e.g. Snowblowers).Must be able to complete tasks in a timely -Call availability especially during evenings weekends and holidays from November player and great character/positive to read and interpret observation skills and strong attention to to perform physical labor and operate light to lift 50 to work outdoors in various weather to understand and carry out verbal and written to meet deadlines problem solve and work well under technician/apprenticeship certification is an attention to snow experience is an :Competitive salary (to be discussed in the interview).Bonus for hitting production Location:Scarborough ONAll Applicants interested and qualified applicants should be able to work well with others have good communication skills and be able to start immediately and work overtime as requested.
