Graham is actively recruiting a Site Administrative Nurse to support our Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Operations Accountant and working closely with site leadership and HSE this role provides onsite medical support while also supporting project administration including timekeeping and data entry. The position requires strong attention to detail professionalism confidentiality and the ability to respond effectively to workplace health and medical situations in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

  • Provide onsite nursing care including first aid and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses
  • Assess and respond to medical incidents coordinating escalation to external providers when required
  • Support occupational health programs including modified duties and return-to-work initiatives
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
  • Promote health safety and injury prevention; participate in safety meetings and emergency response planning
  • Monitor and maintain medical supplies equipment and onsite treatment areas
  • Support site operations through timekeeping data entry and general administrative tasks

The Right Tools for the Job

  • Education & Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in Alberta; CPR/AED and Standard First Aid required
  • Experience: Prior occupational health emergency industrial or construction site nursing experience considered an asset
  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment attention to detail communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality; proficiency in basic administrative tasks and data entry (e.g. Excel)

Working Conditions

  • Work is primarily based at an active construction project site and site office environment
  • Must be available to respond to onsite medical incidents and emergencies as they arise
  • May require relocation or travel to various project sites based on project needs
