Shop and Installation Helper

What Youll Be Doing

Think of yourself as the person who helps bring every project to life.

Some days youll be in our shop preparing materials and supporting production. Other days youll be out on installation sites helping transform our clients homes.

Your day may include:

In the Shop / Warehouse

Receiving unloading and organizing cabinetry and hardware shipments
Inspecting materials for damage accuracy and quality
Staging and preparing materials for upcoming installation jobs
Supporting inventory counts and maintaining an organized workspace
Assisting with production tasks such as drawers hardware and components

On Installation Sites

Assisting installers with loading unloading and job site setup
Moving organizing and preparing materials during installations
Learning installation techniques tools and processes firsthand
Helping maintain a clean safe and efficient job site
Supporting a premium White Glove customer experience

Qualifications :

Who You Are

hold a valid class 5 drivers license with a clean driving record

Experience in construction cabinetry warehouse work or installations is a bonusbut attitude work ethic and willingness to learn matter most.
