WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our TillicumLiquor Store located at the Tillicum Mall (3170 Tillicum RdVictoria BC V9A 7C5). This is a full-time role offering 32 -40 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate is:

Available to work any day of the week includingmornings evenings weekends and holidays

Friendly helpful and customer-focused

Confident and a reliable leader who can supportthe team

Can make decisions and stay organized in afast-paced environment

Able to take initiative to support daily storeoperations including merchandising stocking and safety

Able to stand for long periods and frequentlylift up to 50 lbs

Currently certified in Serving It Right

WSET level 1 certified (required in advance of starting)

WHAT YOULL DO

Lead shifts and supports daily operations

Coach and supports team members to help themsucceed in their roles

Respond calmly to emergencies and helps maintaina safe environment

Address performance and safety concerns whilecommunicating clearly with the team

Confidently assist customers

Follow all regulations regarding sellingage-restricted products

Stock and merchandise shelves accurately

Help maintain a clean organized and safe site

Ensure products are well displayed and meetquality standards

Safely and effectively operate requiredequipment

Follow all safety procedures
