we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sheet Metal Foreperson to join our team. You will play a key leadership role on a significant new project in downtown Halifax supporting and guiding our field teams through dayâtoâday operations.

• Lead and support daily activities of sheet metal field crews

• Coordinate tasks materials and schedules to ensure smooth project execution

• Maintain high standards of safety quality and productivity

• Collaborate closely with project managers trades and site partners

• Mentor and support team members to help them grow and succeed
