Sewer Lining Operator

GFL Environmental is looking for Operators to join the growing team in Port Perry ON! Providing innovative methods of cleaning inspection and trenchless rehabilitation of underground pipes. Our clients range from residential homeowners to large construction and engineering companies and Municipalities throughout Canada.

This position is associated with LIUNA 183

Key Responsibilities:

• Trenchless lining of sewers culverts and repairs to underground infrastructure.
• Maintain trucks and equipment in order to provide efficient operation.
• Operate required equipment including compressors boilers and other equipment as required.
• Create and sustain workingrelationshipwith coworkers contractors and municipal inspectors.
• Comply with and follow company safety policies and procedures.

Knowledge Skills & Competencies:

• DZ Class license required
• Must have experience in one of the following:Robotic Cutting Spot repairs Boiler Operation CIPP Lining UV Lining Fold and Form Lining
• Mechanical inclination
• NASSCO PACP Certification an asset.
• Confined Space Experience.
• Display flexibility and confidentiality.
• Highly driven focused and self-motivated.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Weekday travel in a companyvehicleup to 20-30%.
• 10-12 hour shifts
