Job Summary
To instruct the Natural Resource Science course NRSC 2200 Forest ecology and Silvics II. Two 2 hour seminars per week and all associated marking (lab assignments etc.)
Job includes: 3.5 credits for the three labs (21.5 total 3.5 credits)
Requirements
A MSc in natural resource management (or related area) Past teaching experience would be considered an asset. The candidate requires:
A working knowledge of the biogeoclimatic zones of BC
Ability to identify and interpret the use of indicator species in the description of forest ecosystems
An understanding of forest ecology and management
Work experience in ecosystem ecology at a field/operational level
