We have a great new opportunity to support one of our FinanceSector clients in a contract capacity!

Deliverables

• Lead the architecture modernization strategy and enterprise design of the ServiceNow platform driving adoption of best practices reducing technical debt and enabling scalable business-aligned digital workflows across the organization.
• Design and implement target-state architectures for ServiceNow modules including CMDB Discovery ITOM ITSM Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Software Asset Management (SAM) Risk Management Vendor Management and related platform capabilities.
• Develop architecture roadmaps governance frameworks reference architectures integration patterns and modernization plans that improve platform reliability performance maintainability automation and AI readiness.
• Provide technical leadership architecture governance vendor oversight solution reviews and Architecture Review Board (ARB) support while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards security requirements and business objectives.

Experience Required

• 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture solution architecture consulting design and implementation of complex enterprise technology solutions including significant ServiceNow platform expertise.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations and modernization initiatives involving CMDB Discovery HAM SAM ITOM ITSM CSDM Risk Management Vendor Management and enterprise workflow automation.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture platform governance integration design data models service mapping discovery strategies Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and platform optimization.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise integrations using SSO SAML LDAP REST APIs Web Services JDBC ODBC FTPS and other integration technologies while operating within Agile Scrum Kanban DevOps and CI/CD environments.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related discipline with strong experience creating technology roadmaps reference architectures business cases RFP evaluations architecture governance and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
