Position Overview
Seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to design and implement IT Operations Management solutions that improve infrastructure visibility service mapping and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain CMDB Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Ensure CMDB governance and data quality.
- Integrate monitoring and infrastructure tools with ServiceNow.
- Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize ITOM processes.
