Position Overview
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to manage infrastructure visibility service mapping event management and operational automation for large telecom environments.
Responsibilities
- Configure Discovery Service Mapping and CMDB.
- Implement Event Management and Operational Intelligence.
- Integrate monitoring and network management tools.
- Support cloud network and infrastructure operations.
- Ensure CMDB accuracy and governance.
