About the opportunity

As an integral part of the we can do that operation this position is responsible to transport customers to and from the dealership and serve as a hospitality specialist. Specifically:

• greet and welcome customers upon arrival to the dealership
• deliver and pick up parts from various locations
• tag customer vehicles upon arrival to the dealership; apply seat and steering wheel covers
• maintain parking lots; move parked vehicles to ensure ample parking is available for customers; rearrange vehicles as needed to maximize space and parking availability
• ensure that the service drive-thru remains uncongested and vehicles are flowing through orderly and timely
• wash vehicle exterior in preparation for customer delivery
• maintain dealership facility ie. removal of debris snow et cetera
• pick up and drop off customer

About you

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in driving and customer service including:

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in customer service
• 10 years safe driving experience
• Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines

• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
