At Finning we are looking for a detail-oriented Service Applications Coordinator to support our Service Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data has strong numerical accuracy and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
In this position you will be responsible for reviewing and entering service-related information between business systems to support the creation of customer invoices. Success in this role requires accuracy attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.
- Enter and transfer employee labour and service information between software systems
- Review data for accuracy and completeness before processing
- Support invoice preparation by ensuring information is entered correctly and on time
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work closely with Service Operations teams to ensure information is processed efficiently
- Monitor triage and action tickets submitted through company portals to support business operations and service delivery.
- And additional tasks as assigned to support the business requirements
- Previous experience in data entry administration invoicing payroll accounting support or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers and large amounts of data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
