SEO Customer Success Team Lead

Were looking for someone to lead our CSM team run their own book of SEO clients and build the AI systems that keep it all running. If you want real ownership move fast and raise the bar every week keep reading. If using AI means asking ChatGPT to clean up your emails this isnt the role for you.

• Build AI systems that run the CSM operation without you. Dashboards automations alerts. This is make or break.

• Lead and grow the CSM team. Coaching performance reviews training and hiring people who know SEO.

• Manage your own book of business. Youre a player and a coach.

• Be the SEO backbone of the team. Spot check client strategies and fix whats off.

• Own retention and upsell. Handle escalations run churn post mortems and hit quarterly revenue targets.

• Run the team on EOS. Set the ROCKs and make sure they get done.

• Proof youve built AI tools that work on their own. Dashboards automations agents. Be ready to show us.

• 3 years of hands on SEO at an agency or enterprise level. Technical SEO on page link building and content strategy. This is a hard requirement.

• 2 years leading a customer success or client facing team.

• Experience with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.

• Strong with HubSpot.

• Familiar with Search Atlas or similar SEO platforms.

• Background in SaaS or high growth tech.

• Based in the US or Canada and able to work EST hours.

• Youd rather build a system once than do the same task twice.

• You follow algorithm updates closer than most people follow the news.

• You dont wait to be told what to do. You see the gap and you move.

• Deadlines dont rattle you. Ambiguity doesnt either.

• You communicate clearly especially when things are unclear.

• You have opinions and youre not afraid to bring them.

• You can laugh at a chaotic week on Friday and mean it.

Location: Remote US or Canada. EST hours.

Compensation:

• $35 to $40 USD per hour
