Job Summary
- Create effective user-friendly accessible and visually appealing interfaces for digital products and services.
- Lead the design of complex digital services from concept through production while maintaining high UX standards and performance measures.
- Design and improve the overall functionality of products to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- Apply a user-centered design approach and continuously test evaluate and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Conduct generative and evaluative user research including interviews surveys usability testing and other research methodologies.
- Develop user research plans recruit participants facilitate research sessions analyze findings and communicate actionable insights.

- Identify design challenges and develop practical elegant and user-centered solutions.
- Make strategic UX and design decisions related to existing and new product features.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback to improve and optimize existing interfaces.
- Facilitate and communicate the clients product vision through research ideation sketching prototyping and user testing.
- Design experiences optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces including web and mobile applications.

Required Education:
