You have a strong commitment to improving the insurance-buying experience with the right risk solutions. You may be required to be in-person at our office in Waterloo ON or another assigned location within the Waterloo Region on an as needed basis. Sales related roles may be required to travel based on the youll do:Audit and monitor the performance of underwriting tools (rules engine predictive analytics) to ensure decisions are risk appropriate and within an acceptable risk threshold. Provide subject matter expertise to improve underwriting application questions rules engines and predictive analytics using data competitive analysis and behavioural science principles. Drive the prioritization and execution of key enhancements to the systems supporting our underwriting team working collaboratively with our new business and delivery teams. Assist with various cross-functional projects bringing underwriting risk lens Ensure positive change management for our clients and internal teams Build strong relationships with our technology new business product pricing and analytics teams. Research and analysis as required producing written summary or presentation of findings and recommendations to senior management. Explore and make recommendations for new internal and external innovation partnerships.
