Role: Senior UI/UX Designer Figma Wireframing Web Mobile

Toronto ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Role Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with product managers business analysts and developers. Conduct user research interviews surveys and usability testing.

Create user personas journey maps process flows wireframes and prototypes. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Ensure designs comply with accessibility and usability standards Continuously improve user experiences based on feedback analytics and testing results Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards. Required SkillsStrong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.

Experience with design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or InVision.

Knowledge of wireframing prototyping information architecture and interaction design.

Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design practices. Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) is preferred. Qualifications6 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.

Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
