Senior TypeScript Developer
Location: Toronto ON Hybrid (23 Days WFO) Duration: 612 Months
Role Description
Deep TypeScript Knowledge: Expertlevel understanding of TypeScript and advanced typing patterns.
Microservices: Proven experience architecting and operating distributed systems at scale.
Rapid Domain Acquisition: Ability to quickly learn new business concepts and model them effectively.
BehaviorDriven Development (BDD): Handson experience using BDD to align code with business requirements.
Leadership: Capable of mentoring engineers and setting technical standards.
Essential Skills
8 years of professional experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript including advanced features and typesystem capabilities.
Proven experience designing architecting and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
