Job Summary
Senior Technical Business Analyst Systems Integration & Procurement

What is in it for you:
Salaried: $55-62 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $64-72 per hour.
19-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Day schedule 37.50 hours per week.
Hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
Enhance Business Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize business processes ensuring they align with industry best practices. Lead workshops and facilitate meetings to gather requirements and transform them into actionable system configurations.
System Support and Maintenance: Provide advanced support for our business systems ensuring their availability performance and reliability. Diagnose and resolve issues promptly while conducting regular maintenance updates and upgrades to maintain optimal system performance.
System Implementation and Integration: Assist in the seamless implementation and integration of business systems with other enterprise applications. Support project timelines resources and deliverables ensuring successful system rollouts and smooth user experiences.
Vendor Coordination and Evaluation: Act as a key contact for business system vendors and service providers. Manage vendor relationships contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal support and performance. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance our business functions.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytics to provide valuable insights into business activities and performance. Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement ensuring data accuracy and security within business systems.
User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to system users addressing queries and troubleshooting issues. Develop comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions to foster system adoption and proficiency.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
Certification in project management such as PMP or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role focused on supporting business systems.
Experience with a variety of business systems and technologies.
Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with other business applications including eProcurement systems such as Ivalua and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
