Position Overview
The Community Services Cluster is seeking a Senior Specialized IT Consultant to support the stabilization and continued enhancement of the modernized Rental Offences Complaint System (ROCS).
The engagement focuses on post-go-live stabilization and enhancements to a Microsoft Cloud-based case management solution including Dynamics 365 Model-Driven Apps (MDA) Power Pages Portal Power Automate Azure services Dataverse integrations and attachment management.
The successful consultant will be responsible for analyzing requirements designing and implementing technical solutions developing enhancements remediating defects supporting integrations ensuring accessibility and security compliance and collaborating with both technical and functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Technical Analysis
- Analyze business and technical requirements and identify gaps.
- Recommend appropriate technical solutions and approaches.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft Cloud solutions.
Architecture & Solution Design
- Create and/or update Business Architecture Logical Architecture and Physical Architecture artifacts.
- Create and maintain Functional Design Documentation.
- Create and maintain Technical Design Documentation.
- Design solutions aligned with OPS architecture security accessibility and digital service standards.
Dynamics 365 / Case Management Development
- Design configure customize and implement enhancements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop and optimize Model-Driven Apps (MDA) for case management.

Requirements
Mandatory Technical Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate the following experience:
Core Experience
- More than 7 years of hands-on experience in technical solutions development configuration customization and implementation.
- More than 8 years of experience in technical solution development/configuration/customization is preferred within the detailed evaluation criteria.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Azure consultant with strong hands-on development and solution-design experience. The candidate should have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM Model-Driven Apps Power Pages Power Automate Azure C# plugins Dataverse Azure Blob/Attachment Storage case management integrations security and accessibility.
This is a 100% onsite position in Toronto and candidates must be prepared to work onsite 5 days per week at 777 Bay Street.
