Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Maintain AEOI data on entities within the client corporate structure.
- Manage daily operations for account holder documentation processes
- Support AEOI tax information analyses and preparation of XML format submission files
- Manage expectations and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner; provide excellent service to clients
- Maintain and improve knowledge of the Automatic Exchange of information regulatory and compliance within a highly specialized environment
- Communicate daily with remote teams; preparing and providing progress and status updates and escalating items as required
- Local AEOI portal registration/de-registration communication and trouble shooting
- Research analyze and provide recommendations for process improvements to increase operational efficiencies
Qualifications
About You:
- Qualified degree (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services).
- 4 years experience in Financial Services any exposure to FATCA &; CRS regulations whilst an asset is not a requirement
- Experience with Citco core systems across Hedge Private Equity and Real Assets Corporate Services Fund accounting and/or Investor relations platforms is an advantage

Salary Range: CAD 62000 - CAD 82000
