Senior Service Operations Security Technician- Locksmith

Provides on-site maintenance and repair services for DN customers. Performs services on assigned products including safes / chests vaults safe deposit boxes after-hours depository mechanical and electronic locks general locksmithing vacuum air tubes - including under-counter teller equipment - and security vestibules. Responds to service calls in an accurate and timely manner.

• Serves as a senior level Service Operations technician.
• Works with customers and / or fellow team members to analyze complex problems and perform detailed needs assessments.
• Performs advanced level service on various products including safes / chests vaults safe deposit boxes after-hours depository mechanical and electronic locks multivendor VAT systems etc.
• Provides technical guidance to help others resolve issues and determine the root cause helping insure non-recurrence.
• Leads by example with service call prioritization call handling call closure procedures and parts management.
• Recommends and helps implement service and process improvement procedures.

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Operations Security.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

• Licensed Locksmith in the Province
