Senior Salesforce Developer (Financial Services Cloud)

Position Description:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Financial Services Cloud and enterprise Salesforce development within banking environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Apex Lightning Components API integrations and Salesforce platform development along with experience working in Agile delivery models and onsite-offshore teams.

This role is hybrid and requires onsite presence at the downtown Toronto and/or client office a minimum of 3 days per week (subject to change at any time).

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Participate in requirements gathering solution design and development planning
- Develop enhance and support Salesforce applications and integrations
- Perform technical design coding unit testing and code reviews
- Troubleshoot issues during development QA UAT and production support
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Provide regular project and status updates to stakeholders
- Support CI/CD and DevOps activities across the Salesforce platform

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Strong expertise in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Salesforce Security Model
- Hands-on experience with Git SFDX Jenkins and Copado
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery environments
- Banking or financial services industry experience
- Salesforce Developer certifications
- University degree in Information Technology or related field

**CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80000-$130000. This role is an existing vacancy.**
