We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to join a high-performing engineering team building scalable secure and customer-focused this role youll contribute to product strategy collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the design development deployment and maintenance of critical software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop test deploy and maintain high-quality Ruby on Rails applications.

Write clean scalable and well-tested code that aligns with business requirements and engineering best practices.

Lead the planning architecture implementation and maintenance of key software components.

Build new features and enhance existing functionality based on product roadmap priorities.

Ensure application reliability performance and production stability.

Participate in code reviews architectural discussions sprint planning and delivery meetings.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners UX/UI designers and engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Track work progress using Jira and Agile/Kanban methodologies.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Promote secure coding practices and ensure the protection of sensitive customer data.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

5 years of professional experience in software development.

Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails development.
