Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:$95.00 - $105.00 p/h inc.

Deliverables

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale enterprise transformation program focused on modernizing the loan lifecycle improving operational efficiency customer experience governance and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and implement governance frameworks operating models policies controls KPIs and reporting structures to support sustainable business transformation outcomes.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans budgets schedules RAID logs executive reporting vendor coordination and cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Drive organizational adoption through stakeholder engagement change management training benefits realization tracking and transition of capabilities into ongoing business operations.

Experience Required

• 10 years of Project or Program Management experience within banking financial services or highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving business process redesign operating model development governance technology modernization and organizational change.
• Strong experience managing executive stakeholders cross-functional teams external vendors and multiple concurrent workstreams within complex delivery environments.
• Expertise in project governance budget management schedule management risk and dependency management KPI tracking benefits realization and executive reporting.
• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Operations Management or related discipline; bilingual French and English required with PMP or equivalent project management certification considered an asset.
