Reporting directly to our Delivery Partners and Account Managers youll have the rewarding responsibility of managing projects from inception to completion and beyond. THE RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and maintain strong client relationships set clear expectations and influence successful project deliverablesEnable our executive stakeholders to formulate their vision layout a strategic plan and execute within the constraints of their business delivering value along the waySupport project teams to achieve exceptional results by providing motivation career development and coaching/mentoringPrioritize project initiatives based on business needs and requirementsDevelop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityCreate and manage detailed project plans documentation and reportsProduce key project management artifacts such as proposals statements of work post-project retrospectives case studies and feedback documentsInfluence stakeholders to drive decisions and deliver acceptable solutionsPerform risk analysis communicate risks effectively and work proactively to mitigate themCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of technology professionals including developers business analysts and quality assurance to produce client-driven resultsUnderstand technology and how its used by a wide variety of clients in multiple domains sometimes simultaneouslyTHE REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in a consulting environment delivering large scale projects for high level stakeholders in complex understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environmentProven experience leveraging productivity tools (e.g. JIRA DevOps Miro) to track and communicate project status with both internal and external presentation skills and the ability to facilitate conversations with clients vendors and internal teams at all levels Self-motivated organized reliable and detail-orientedExceptional communication skillsBachelors degree in business engineering computer science or equivalent experienceTHE PERKSA fun work atmosphere that values equity diversity and inclusionCompetitive salary plus flexible health & wellness benefitsHybrid work environment and flexible schedulingA convenient central location in Calgary
