Job Summary
- Manage multiple AI Microsoft 365 and Cloud-related IT projects from analysis through implementation.
- Develop project charters business/project plans schedules budgets resource plans and governance.
- Manage project risks issues dependencies interdependencies and escalations.
- Coordinate business and technical stakeholders vendors sponsors and leadership.
- Ensure projects align with GoA policies enterprise architecture and business objectives.
- Lead Agile and Waterfall projects and provide PMO-compliant reporting.
- Support change management communications and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare presentations and deliverables for steering committees and senior leadership.
- Support requirements gathering process improvement and documentation.
- Apply security controls Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity considerations.
- Provide recommendations on methodology resources dependencies and policy impacts.
- PMP certification Mandatory
- 10 years developing project schedules.
- 10 years identifying analyzing and managing risks on large complex projects.
- 5 years implementing cloud-based projects/services at large scale.
- 12 years combined education/PMP experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 10 years delivering complex IT projects.

Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration Project Management or a related certification is mandatory.
