Senior Project Coordinator – Architectural Envelope

The Senior Project Coordinator - Architectural Envelope will support the planning coordination execution and reporting of architectural envelope activities throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with the Construction Lead Construction Managers Design Teams Subcontractors and Stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure envelope-related work progresses safely efficiently and in accordance with project requirements schedules quality standards and design intent.

This role will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the building envelope scope including curtainwall windows glazing systems metal cladding systems roofing systems air and vapour barriers insulation systems and architectural finishes that impact weatherproofing and building performance.

• Coordinate daily architectural envelope activities across design procurement construction testing commissioning and project closeout phases.
• Support the Construction Lead in monitoring project scope schedule budget risks and key deliverables associated with the envelope scope.
• Track progress of envelope-related activities and identify schedule impacts risks constraints and mitigation measures.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings material submittals RFIs technical queries mock-ups inspection plans and testing requirements.
• Liaise with consultants contractors subcontractors manufacturers suppliers and client representatives to ensure timely resolution of technical and construction issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality compliance and progress of building envelope installations while supporting testing commissioning and deficiency resolution.

• Manage project records and document control processes and support commissioning turnover and project closeout requirements.

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Building Science Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project coordination experience involving building envelope façade glazing cladding roofing waterproofing or related systems.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure transit transportation commercial industrial or institutional construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building envelope systems construction methods quality standards and construction documentation including drawings specifications RFIs submittals and shop drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Bluebeam and project management/document control systems combined with strong organizational communication and stakeholder management skills.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $110000 - $137000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills experience and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
