Description du poste :

Contexte
Le client est actuellement en pleinetransformationnumérique et recherche un(e)gestionnaire de programmepour piloter des initiatives stratégiques liées aux systèmesProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM)etManufacturing Execution System (MES).
Ce rôle sinscrit dans le cadre du lancement dun projet majeur au Canada avec une perspective dedéploiement globalà moyen terme.

Tâches:

Assurer lacoordination des initiativesPLMetMES
Piloter un programme complexe dans unenvironnement hybride (Waterfall / semi-agile)
Superviser lintégration des systèmes(ex. : SAP S/4HANA systèmesde maintenance)
Gérer lesrelations inter-départementset assurer lalignement des parties prenantes
Contribuer à ladoption des solutionset à latransformationorganisationnelle (en collaboration avec le responsable de la gestion du changement)
Suivre lesindicateurs de performance (KPIs)et assurer latteinte des objectifs du programme

Required qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the internal selection process:

15 years of experience in IT and engineering project management including at least 5 years managing large-scale programs.
Significant experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Strong experience managing complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage systems integration and transformation initiatives.
Experience in the manufacturing sector.
Advanced proficiency with Jira.
Fluency in French and English mandatory.

Preferred qualifications

Aerospace industry experience.
Technical knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes suite considered a significant asset.

Role overview
The client is undergoing a digital transformation and is seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives involving Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Support solution adoption and organizational transformation in collaboration with the Change Management Lead.
