Senior Product and Pricing Analyst role is responsible for executingcomplex and strategicproduct and pricing initiatives. The role supports the management of the profit & loss for Commercial Insurance Fleet Garage IRCA Property & Casualty product offerings the completion of underwriting filings maintenance of product and pricing manuals and policy language consumer research to understand the needs of consumers for product development initiatives collaborationwith the Business Insights team to investigate analyze and identify change recommendations to Commercial Insurance to ensure the operational plan targets are achieved or exceeded collaboration with Actuarial team to identify pricing segmentation improvements promoting profitable growth for all commercial lines subject matter expert for Fleet Garage IRCA Property & Casualty system enhancements and defects assisting operational teams the preparation and delivery of stakeholder communications and training including presentation preparation for senior leadership. This role reports to Product and Pricing Manager.

What will you do:

Monitor the existing product portfolio to ensure overall alignment with business strategy goals and objectives

• Portfolio management of existing productsalong with the business insightsteamand the product and pricing managersto ensurewe achievefinancial and growthobjectives.
• This includes recurrent reviews of the Gore portfolio as well as overall industry performance.
• Escalate concerns andprovide recommendations to address gaps to meeting desiredobjectivesto the product and pricing manager.
• Perform analysis using MS Excel and otherthird-partysoftware.

Underwriting filings

• Support andassistwiththe completion ofunderwriting filings with the regulatory bodies as required.
• Update underwritingmanual as. Develop andmaintainforms and policy wordings for associated productsas.

Support Product and pricing initiatives

• Complete reviews of competitive positioning on rates rulesproductsand coverage.
• Synthesize and communicate metrics and recommendations to the product and pricing managerwithin the organization to influencethestrategic directionof Gore.
• This work is in collaboration with multiple stakeholders including Business Insights Actuarialand Corporate Underwriting.

Support key strategic initiatives withcompletion of benefit tracking

• Research analyze and present findings/recommendations at the subcommittee level
• Review defects and enhancementsin accordance withbuild requirements andfacilitatesystem fixes.
• Successful implementation of the initiative requires the analyst to track the benefits of theinitiativeensuring satisfaction of the original benefit analysis of the proposal.
• Manage cross functional prioritizationof system changes

Regulatory reforms

• Review regulatory reforms and provide direction to the product and pricing manager for presentation to thesub-committee the business unit compliance officer and commercialinsurance leadership.

Subject matter expert forSystem changes connected to EPMO Projects and Enhancements

• To supportthe execution of approved changes andidentifiedstreamlined improvements across P&C IRCA Garage and Fleetthe analystis responsible fordelivering requirements overseeing thedevelopmentand testing of the system changesas well as accountable forsign-off.

What will you need to succeed:

• Undergraduate degree with completed or working towards CIP FCIP and/or CRM
• 5 years ofCommercialLines Underwriting experiencein Dominant Line(P&C Or Commercial Auto)
• 2 years experience as Product and Pricing Analyst for Commercial portfolio
• 3 years experience in Performance Analysis and Product development
• Excellent written and spoken communications skills
• Good Business Acumen skills and data analysis skills
• Good at taking initiative with critical thinking skills and sound decision making
• Cross collaboration and relationship building skills

The expected base salary range for this position is $67000 - $117000. Depending on your relevant experience skills qualifications market conditions and business needs base compensation may vary. You have the potential to earn more through Gore Mutuals discretionary bonus program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
