As theSenior Procurement Specialistat BCAA you will play a key role in managing strategic sourcing and operational procurement processes that deliver the greatest value to the organization. Reporting to the ManagerTreasury you willbe responsible foroptimizingsupply management practices ensuring compliance with policies andmaintainingstrong vendor relationships. You will also support the implementation of best procurement practices develop complex bid documents and drive continuous improvement across procurement processes.

Whatyoulldo:
Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing and operational procurement processes for goods and services ensuring alignment with BCAAs businessobjectivesand values.
Lead the development and management of complex bid documents such as RFPs RFIs and RFQs working closely with business units to define requirements and evaluate proposals.
Conduct comprehensive vendor analysis including assessing vendor performance compliance with terms and conditions andidentifyingopportunities for improvement in supplier relationships.
Oversee the issuance of purchase orders ensuring accuracy adherence to procurement policies and swift resolution of any discrepancies or issues.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by analyzing procurement dataidentifyinginefficiencies and implementing best practices in supply chain management.
Collaborate with internal teams across departments to promote and introduce best practices in procurement and supply management ensuring that policies and procedures are followed.
Provide training and guidance on procurement processes and tools ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards while promoting efficiency and transparency.
Act as a trusted advisor to business units offering insights and recommendations on procurement strategies cost-saving opportunities and supplier negotiation tactics.
Support fleet management services including procurement and replacement of fleet vehicles and ensure that vehicle userscomply withBCAAs Fleet Policy.
Stay current with market trends emerging technologies and regulatory requirements to ensure that BCAAs procurement strategies are competitive and forward-thinking.
Engage in contract negotiation and supplier management to maximize value minimize risk and ensure favorable contract terms for BCAA.
Monitor and report on procurement performance preparing regular reports on savings compliance and supplier performance for senior management.
What you bring:
Bachelorsdegree inBusiness Finance Supply ChainManagement ora relatedfield.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply management including contract negotiation and strategic sourcing.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles risk assessment and compliance management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in engaging internal teams and external vendors.
Proficiencyin technology-based applications particularly spreadsheets and databases to manage procurement processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet varied deadlines with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently take initiative and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

The salary range for this position is $75363.00to $94203.84and isdeterminedviajob-related knowledge skills experience certifications marketdemandand internal addition to base salary and BCAA benefits this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of9% with the opportunity to earn up to15%.
