Senior PlannerScheduler

As the Senior Scheduler/Planner you will be involved in:

• Establish and maintain the project planning and scheduling framework including procedures baseline governance reporting cycles and schedule control metrics/KPIs. 
• Develop and maintain the WBS/CBS baseline schedule and integrated Master Schedule using inputs from designers the CM and contractors. 
• Prepare phasing and work package strategies aligned with the procurement strategy and key project interfaces. 
• Develop and optimize CPM schedules and review third-party schedules for logic critical path risk and overall reasonableness. 
• Define progress measurement methods implement Earned Value Management verify progress reporting and issue the monthly integrated controls report (cost-schedule-risk). 
• Monitor schedule performance assess variances to baseline maintain schedule records and recommend recovery or mitigation actions where required. 
• Assess schedule impacts of changes maintain time-impact and supporting records and support delay analysis claims review and dispute resolution. 
• Support integrated risk management conduct site visits as required to validate progress and contribute to continuous improvement of planning and controls processes. 

Qualifications :

• A recognized relevant university degreeis beneficial 
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project controls time/schedule management and project management 
• Extensive experience scheduling with Primavera P6 and OPC 
• Experience in Infrastructure Real Property projects and programs 

Assets 

• PMP certification 
• Membership in relevant professional organizations 
• Experience of working in a consultancy or owner organization.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $98000.00 - $148000.00 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
