Job Summary
Senior Performance Marketing Manager
This position will give you the opportunity to lead high-impact multi-channel marketing campaigns and a strong exposure to performance marketing and digital transformation. You will work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional visibility and have the potential for long-term extension or full-time conversion.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $35-42 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $43-50 per hour.
6-month contract.
Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
Schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid: 3 days/week in Toronto office.
Responsibilities:
Plan execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns Travel agency Channels
Manage paid media campaigns (search social display native)
Optimize website performance user journeys and content updates
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
Conduct A/B testing and improve conversion strategies
Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners
Manage campaign budgets and performance reporting
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
5 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on acquisition and conversion in the insurance industry.
Proven experience executing and optimizing campaigns across digital channels including paid search paid social display and websites.
Experience supporting B2B and/or DTC marketing ideally within financial services or insurance related industries.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations.
Familiarity with common performance marketing metrics (CPA ROAS CAC conversion rate funnel performance).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally and with agency partners
Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
Experience working with Canadian Travel Agencies is considered an asset.
French bilingual fluency is considered an asset.
