You will be responsible for partnering closely with business leaders to develop coach and execute impactful people initiatives focused on talent development employee relations and performance management.
To be right for this role you should bring a strong foundation in HR practices and employee relations along with the ability to influence and collaborate strategically with business leaders across global remote teams.

*This is a fully remote position candidates with a presence and/or availability in Canada or the US Eastern timezone are strongly preferred due to the concentration of stakeholders in those regions.
What you will do:
- This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong ownership and the ability to lead initiatives independently while partnering closely with People Team leads on strategic direction and alignment.
- You will support the growing People Partnering team in delivering cyclical HR programms including performance reviews compensation cycles talent planning and engagement surveys.
- Be a trusted advisor to business leaders on change management initiatives ensuring effective communication implementation and team alignment across assigned business functions and teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters accommodations and investigations.
- Collaborate with People Partners and broader People Team to leverage insights and data to advise on organizational health identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Be a champion for Feelds DEIB strategy and act as an accountability partner to business leaders ensuring equity and inclusion are embedded in hiring development and retention strategies.

Requirements
About you:
- Knowledge of US and Canadian HR regulations and compliance strongly preferred
- Experience managing EOR and/or PEO a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in a global and remote context
- Ability to read people and advocate for diverse perspectives
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking

Additionally we believe all humans deserve to earn a competitive wage so we offer a Baseline Freedom Salary of 60000 GBP per year for any role that indexes below 60000 GBP per year.
Estimated compensation for this role:
- The total cash compensation for this role is dependent on Job Level as well as geographic location but we estimate that the competitive market compensation for this role is between $80000 - $105000 USD based on the requirements listed in this job description.
Our interview process:
- Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter where youll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what youre seeking.
- Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role youre applying to. Here youll have a chance to ask more questions about the work youll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
- The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
- Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here youll be able to ask questions about team processes workflow and the employee experience at Feeld.
- We generally make an offer within 2 weeks of our final call and offer a flexible start date that can begin as early as the next Monday after you sign our offer documentation.
- Of note: all of our interviews are conducted remotely and our interviewers will work with you to find an agreeable interview time based on mutual availability.
