Trident Consulting is seeking a Senior OCM Leader Change Management Managed Services for one of our clients in Canada (Remote from US is allowed) A global leader in business and technology services.

Rate: $85/Hour

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management Change Leadership or Transformation programs.
- Proven experience delivering OCM for large-scale enterprise or managed services engagements.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management communication planning training and change adoption.
- Excellent leadership presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR or other recognized change management methodologies is preferred.
