What you will be doing:

You will play a critical role in forecasting portfolio analytics and strategic initiatives for Tangerines Secured Lending business. By combining data market insights and business acumen youll identify opportunities to optimize growth profitability and client value. Working closely with cross-functional partners youll help shape product and portfolio strategies deliver impactful recommendations to senior leaders and build a high-performing team that drives results in a dynamic environment.

Shaping portfolio growth strategies through pricing analytics profitability assessments business case development and scenario planning.
Identifying opportunities and risks arising from economic trends housing market developments and competitive dynamics.
Influencing strategic decisions by presenting clear data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Building and developing a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability collaboration innovation and continuous development.

Proven ability to develop business cases evaluate strategic opportunities and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Product Risk Finance Analytics and Operations teams.
Experience managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced evolving environment.
A track record of building strong relationships fostering an inclusive culture and leading teams through change.
Strong understanding of secured lending products mortgage economics pricing strategies and key portfolio performance drivers.
