The role

Reporting to the GM Risk & Compliance the Senior Manager Policy Governance & BCP leads enterprise governance policy management risk systems and business continuity across Tabcorp. Youll shape how risk is managed how disruption is prepared for and how leaders make informed decisions driving consistency clarity and resilience across the organization. Specifically you will:

• Lead risk and compliance frameworks policies and standards end-to-end
• Oversee the policy lifecycle from design through to adoption and review
• Own and enhance risk systems to improve insight and decision-making
• Lead business continuity and crisis management frameworks enterprise-wide
• Partner executives and teams to strengthen risk culture and awareness
• Support Board reporting and governance forums with clear decision-ready insights

What youll need to succeed

Youre a confident and pragmatic risk professional who brings clarity to complexity and builds trust at every level. Youre comfortable influencing senior leaders leading teams and shaping frameworks that make a real impact across a large regulated organization. Youll also possess:

• Experience in risk compliance audit or assurance environments
• Proven ability to lead governance frameworks and policy development
• Strong capability influencing executives and governance forums
• Experience building and embedding business continuity frameworks
• Ability to lead teams and build risk capability across organisations
• Skill in improving systems and driving data-informed decision-making
