On the Consumer and Small business team youll work across a portfolio of brands and solutions. From Bells best networks for the home the office and on the go to the member benefits at Virgin Plus to the cheap and cheerful plans at Lucky Mobile we meet the connectivity needs of all customer segments in Canada.

We are seeking an experienced strategic leader to manage our dealer networks business development opportunities and contractual compliance for the dealer networks and National this role you will drive strategic growth initiatives streamline financial reviews manage dealer agreements and foster an innovative culture that embraces automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Financial & Deal Management:Lead the financial & business review process for dealer location sales strategic buyouts and branded/dealer amalgamations.
- Retail Footprint Optimization:Provide critical assistance and strategic oversight in the expansion consolidation and optimization of Virgin Plus and Bell retail locations.
- Ad Hoc Projects:Strategize and execute various business development projects to capture emerging market opportunities and optimize dealer channel operations.
- Contract Lifecycle Management:Oversee the end-to-end drafting negotiation execution analysis renewal and compliance of agreements supporting the dealer channel and National Retail.
- Financial and Operational Performance:Structure and manage contracts to maximize financial and operational performance while minimizing legal commercial and compliance risk.
- Contract Amendments and Records:Document amendments and maintain accurate accessible contract records and databases to support governance reporting and audit requirements.
- Policies Practices and Procedures:Lead and influence the development and continuous improvement of contract management policies practices controls and procedures.
- Compliance and Disclosure Documents:In charge of the annual update of the Disclosure Document and lead the evolution execution and maintenance of Authorized Retailer Agreements and other dealer-related contracts.
- Legal Guidance and Liaison:Partner closely with Bells Law Department to provide contract-related guidance and support concerning agreements policies compliance obligations and risk management.
- Complex Issue Resolution:Resolve complex contractual and business issues manage escalations and support legal regulatory and audit requirements.
- Risk and Security Support:Coordinate with Loss Prevention and Corporate Security on initiatives that mitigate dealer and retail network risks.
Critical Channel Updates:Partner with internal teams to ensure critical operational contractual pricing and program updates are communicated to dealer and National Retail channels quickly accurately and consistently.
- Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law Finance or a related discipline.
- Experience:At least five years of experience in dealer management contract management or strategic franchise operations within the telecommunications or retail sector.
- Business and Financial Acumen:Strong understanding of financial analysis acquisition negotiations and the economic drivers associated with the retail network footprint.
- Legal and Compliance Mindset:Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex dealer agreements including Authorized Retailer Agreements and collaborating with corporate legal teams.
- Team Leadership:Experience managing coaching and developing direct reports in a hybrid or mobile work environment.
- Innovation Mindset:Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and automation tools or a strong interest in leveraging them to improve team efficiency and operational quality.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Total earning range: $113000 - $138000. The advertised salary range may vary slightly as it is based on the companys current salary structure which may be revised by the company from time to time at its sole discretion. The agreed upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on several factors such as the candidates qualifications experience and internal equity
The salary range above includes an Annual Incentive Plan objective which represent 4% of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The Annual Achievement Incentive Plan (AIP) payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors including without limitation corporate and individual performance measures. The AIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the AIPs eligibility requirements. The AIP is subject to modification by the Company from time to time at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure goals and strategies.
For work arrangements that are Hybrid successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
