Senior Manager, FRM Operations and Analytics

Job Summary
Position Overview:
The Senior Manager Operations & Analytics works on-site and is accountable for improving operational excellence. They drive scalable process optimization and prepare performance reports for the Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) team. This role covers the rare disease portfolio.
This role serves as a strategic operations partner across FRM Strategy and leadership Patient Services Access Brand Teams Business Operations and Customer Engagement (BOCE) IT and other key partners. The Senior Manager will lead the build and continuous improvement of operational processes. They will translate business needs into actionable capabilities. They will communicate process changes and business impact. They will deliver tools dashboards reports and AI-enabled solutions that support consistent execution. The role will also help establish enterprise-aligned standards for FRM approaches role scope operating guardrails and performance visibility.
Responsibilities:
FRM Process Optimization:Lead assessment of current-state workflows identify operational constraints and design scalable solutions that improve productivity consistency compliance alignment and field execution. Develop implement and sustain policies procedures and governance practices that enable clear operating guardrails and durable ways of working.
FRM Performance Reporting:Define strategic business requirements and be responsible for the design build and ongoing enhancement of dashboards includingPower BIsolutions. Lead communication and enablement for reporting updates. Develop and share reporting that monitors key performance indicators (critical metrics) strengthens quarterly business review (QBR) results and evaluates territory and regional performance trends risks and outcomes. Translate data into concise insights recommendations and decision-support materials for leadership audiences.
AI Capabilities: Identify assess and help advance AI-enabled capabilities that build operational leverage and improve field bandwidth including payer policy monitoring intelligent coding and billing support healthcare timely engineering next best action (NBA) capabilities and other approaches that aid healthcare provider office education.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Serve as a trusted partner to FRM leadership Business Operations IT Compliance Training and other cross-functional teams by translating complex operational and data findings into clear actions decisions and process improvements. Partner with collaborators to strengthen data infrastructure select and optimize enabling technologies and align solutions to business priorities.
FRM Quality Assurance:Establish and support cross-portfolio FRM metrics and data collection standards that strengthen accuracy audibility governance and compliance. Lead documentation approvals with Patient Services and Data Governance and execution of data integrations and platform enhancements to improve consistency and reliability. Support development of FRM standard operating procedures (SOPs) training assets and resource repositories.
FRM Data Exploration and Modeling: Lead extraction cleansing integration and analysis of complex datasets to generate decision-quality insights identify trends and risks and uncover opportunities that help shape plans improve operations and promote ongoing progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in process management operations information management business analytics healthcare administration or a similar area
4 years of experience in operations process management business analytics reporting or a related function
2 years of experience in the healthcare pharmaceutical biotechnology or life sciences industry
Proven ability to lead through change with agility sound judgment strong ownership and a bias for disciplined execution
Strong verbal written interpersonal and presentation skills capable of tailoring complex information for varied audiences
Ability to influence and communicate effectively with colleagues senior leaders external partners and stakeholders at all levels
Strong cross-functional leadership business planning relationship management stakeholder engagement and active listening skills
Strategic problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency with the ability to anticipate needs navigate ambiguity and advance continuous improvement
Demonstrated technical competence and working proficiency with iPad and laptop technology as well as Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and related business tools

Travel and Role Related Areas
Ability to travel for work-related meetings and functions including occasional overnight travel as business needs require
Preferred Qualifications:
Rare disease experience
Experience partnering with or supporting a field reimbursement team patient access function or similar market access operation
Experience in neurology hematology nephrology and/or rare disease reimbursement or patient services
Advanced understanding of access processes across medical and pharmacy benefit design from prescription through infusion

Annual base salary for this position ranges from 112495.20 to 147649.95.
