Key Responsibilities
- Lead major incident bridges involving support teams across multiple countries and time zones.
- Establish command and control during business-critical technology outages.
- Coordinate application infrastructure network database security vendor and business teams.
- Drive teams toward the shortest and safest path to service restoration.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Provide clear accurate and timely updates to business and technology executives.
- Manage several technical workstreams and escalations simultaneously.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and help identify root causes lessons learned and corrective actions.
- Work with subject matter experts to identify ongoing risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Recommend improvements to enterprise incident-management processes.
- Professional fluency inEnglish and Spanish both spoken and written.
- At least5 years of direct Major Incident Management experience.
- Significant hands-on experience personally leading major incident bridges.
- Experience coordinating support teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong executive communication skills including experience working with VP-level or higher stakeholders.
- Broad understanding of enterprise IT environments and full-stack technologies.
- Ability to remain composed establish priorities assess risk and make sound decisions during high-pressure outages.
- Excellent verbal written presentation and facilitation skills.
- ITIL Foundation certificationITIL v3 ITIL 2011 or ITIL 4.
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science Engineering Information Sciences or an equivalent field.
