Senior Machine Learning Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and drivenSenior Machine Learning Developer to design and deliver intelligent distributed systems that power large-scale AI and large language model (LLM) this role you will shape cutting-edge infrastructure mentor world-class engineers and bring bold ideas from concept to productiondriving meaningful impact across SAPs global ecosystem.

As a key member of our fast-moving team you will have the unique opportunity to define and execute the vision for AI and LLMbased systems at scale. We are looking for someone with exceptional programming expertise deep distributed systems knowledge and the curiosity and grit to tackle complex ambiguous challenges. You will work across a diverse technology stack collaborate closely with engineers and product leaders and help set the technical direction for AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect design and implement production systems in Go Java and Python (fullstack experience a plus).
• Build and optimize backend services databases APIs and LLM infrastructure.
• Leverage technologies such as Kafka Postgres HANA gRPC and advanced LLM frameworks.
• Mentor and guide engineers from junior to senior levels fostering technical excellence.
• Partner with crossfunctional teams to translate business goals into scalable highimpact solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications minimales

• Plus de 6 ans dexpérience en génie logiciel avec une expérience avérée dans la mise en œuvre de systèmes complexes.
• Capacité avérée à travailler de façon autonome et à mener à bien des projets de la conception au déploiement.
• Expérience pratique des systèmes dIA/ML et/ou LLM dans un environnement de production.
• Expertise dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de systèmes distribués.
• Bonne connaissance des pipelines dintégration et de livraison continues (CI/CD) et des pratiques de développement modernes.
• Excellente aptitude à communiquer en anglais et capacité à intégrer une équipe internationale et multiculturelle.

Qualifications souhaitées

• Contribution à des projets open source ou réalisation de projets techniques personnels significatifs.
• Expérience dans lintégration de fonctionnalités dIA à des produits dentreprise à grande échelle.
• Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et approche itérative axée sur les résultats.
