• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
  
• Establish coding standards development best practices and quality guidelines.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve application integration and production issues.
  
• Design and implement APIs middleware integrations and event-driven solutions.
  
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and DevOps-driven development practices.
  
• Support cloud-based deployments and modernization initiatives.
  
• Perform database design query optimization and performance tuning activities.
  
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning estimation and retrospectives.
