Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and support large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure engineering initiatives across BFSI Public Sector and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization programs involving core banking systems citizen services platforms OSS/BSS systems and telecom infrastructure.
• Design and maintain enterprise infrastructure services and shared capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Support telecom network services 5G platforms and enterprise digital environments.
• Collaborate with cloud platform security and architecture teams.
• Implement automation monitoring and infrastructure governance controls.
• Ensure compliance with governance privacy security and regulatory requirements.
• Drive infrastructure reliability scalability and operational excellence.
• Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer within BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting banking systems government applications OSS/BSS billing charging or telecom infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Experience leading modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Experience with automation Infrastructure as Code and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of governance compliance privacy and security requirements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Infrastructure or Cloud certifications preferred.
