Senior IBM Cognos Developer – Cognos Analytics & Reporting

We are seeking an experienced IBM Cognos Developer with strong expertise in Cognos Analytics Report Studio SQL and data modeling to develop and maintain enterprise reporting solutions.

• Develop and maintain Cognos reports dashboards and frameworks using Report Studio/Cognos Analytics.
  
• Design and maintain data models packages and metadata layers for business reporting.
  
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy consistency and governance.
  
• Integrate Cognos with enterprise data platforms including SQL Server Oracle and Azure data services.
  
• Support production issues enhancements and release deployments.
  
• Participate in UAT report validation testing and technical documentation.
  

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics / Cognos BI.
  
• Expertise in Cognos Report Studio.
  
• Strong SQL skills.
  
• Experience with data modeling metadata and packages.
  
• Understanding of ETL concepts and enterprise data platforms.
  
• Experience with SQL Server Oracle or Azure data services.
  
• Strong troubleshooting reporting validation and stakeholder communication skills.
