Purpose:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Document Controller. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Vancouver British Columbia.

Responsibilities:

• Work on multiple projects independent of document control supervision.
• Process engineering and vendor docs

What you will bring:
Technical and Industry Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years Document Control experience.
• Aconex BIM360 Bluebeam SharePoint experience would be an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency in electronic Document/Data Management Systems.
• General understanding of engineering procurement and construction activities with respect to document management and control would be an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively while working remotely.
• Knowledge and experience in all areas of document/data management including identification creation use retrieval access retention turnover.

Education Qualifications Accreditation Training:

Required:

• Bachelors degree required.

For applicants based in the province of British Columbia the salary range is CAD $77K to $92K
Application of the pay band: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as the candidates qualifications relevant years of experience geographic location internal pay equity and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
