Work Style: Hybrid 2 days in office

Role Description:
1. To implement the security setting into the Database (either manually or by script) to meet the hardening standard
2. To develop script to retrieve status of the hardening setting (before the qualys is 100% working)
3. To enable database logging to ULS (if not done so)
4. To work with application owner to provide list of item that needs application teams planning e.g. list and reset the password for all account before turn on the max password setting review the log files / SQL profiler / other tool with application team so that we can identify the usage of the account changes of the 1433 ports for SQL servers etc.
Requirements:
Must have Bachelors Degree of Information Technology or Computers systems or Engineering
Must have at least 5 years experience hands-on administrating IBM DB2 or Oracle Server Database
Must have at least 3 years of experience working on Windows Linux or AIX environments
Must have solid knowledge on configuring database security such as configuration of authentication authorization audit logging and password policies
Must have hands-on advanced scripting skills in Windows environments (powershell) or Linux/AIX environments (bash or bourne)
Must have strong trouble-shooting skills in IBM DB2 or Oracle Server Database
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
