Senior Data Analyst, Business Transformation

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead complex analytics initiatives that support the divisions analytics ndigital transformation strategy. This role will provide technical leadership for reporting modernization efforts drive adoption of Power BI and modern data platforms and help shape the organizations emerging digital twin AI and agentic capabilities.

The successful candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and leaders across the division.

Lead migration strategy/execution of reporting assets from legacy to modern reporting platforms.

Design scalable reporting architectures semantic models automation analytics and AI solutions.

Partner with business leaders to define analytics roadmaps and priorities.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI agents automation and advanced analytics to improve business processes.

Establish reporting standards governance practices and development best practices.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies tools and approaches that support organizational transformation.

Collaborate with IT business stakeholders and external partners on enterprise data initiatives.

Translate business strategy into actionable analytics programs and deliver measurable business value.

Bachelors degree in Analytics Business Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or related field.

5 years of experience delivering enterprise analytics and business intelligence solutions.

Advanced expertise in Power BI SQL data modeling engineering and/or visualization design.

Demonstrated experience leading complex analytics projects.

Strong stakeholder management and business consulting skills.

Experience with data governance semantic modeling and enterprise reporting platforms.

Experience with Microsoft Fabric Azure Data Services AI technologies or automation platforms highly desirable.

Proven ability to mentor and influence others.
