Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to establish and lead a robust delivery framework across complex technology and application landscapes while ensuring optimal resource utilisation effective risk management and the proactive identification of value-creation and mining opportunities.

Areas of ResponsibilityÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ

Project Planning-Define delivery frameworks across complex software applications tools for multiple LOBs. Lead integrated planning resource allocation and governance setup while identifying risks and ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes.

Scope Schedule and Configuration Management-Review project deliverables and improve execution by defining new tools and processes ensuring efficiency through continuous improvement and leveraging AI to enhance operational excellence.

Prepare governance reports across multiple LOBs by consolidating MIS and dashboards for leadership reviews.

Implement cross-LOB governance frameworks to minimize process exceptions and revenue leakage.

Resource/Team Management-Oversee resource allocation plan attrition rate and define resource optimization strategies for onshore and offshore teams across multiple LOBs.

Define performance evaluation criteria and establish career development plans for onshore and offshore teams.

Quality & Risk Management-Develop risk management strategies to identify assess and mitigate project risks and lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance project outcomes.

Engagement Economics-Monitor project estimates vs actuals and manage resource allocation for a LOB.

Responsible for financial accountability for top-line and bottom-line growth across multiple LOBs.

Oversee revenue realization and margin improvement initiatives at program level.

Pursuit Management -Participate in RFPs Identification of mining opportunities in the existing accounts and Go-to-Market materials for multi-LOB solutions.

Participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and strategic pursuits.

Stakeholder Management-Engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership for strategic alignment across multiple LOBs.

Facilitate governance meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to mine new opportunities and ensure cross-LOB collaboration.

Innovation-Undertake innovation by researching evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to enhance project delivery and organizational efficiency.

Role Summary

The Senior Consulting Project Partner is a client-facing leadership role responsible for leading strategic transformation programs while acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. This role combines enterprise project and program delivery with management consulting focusing on business outcomes value realization governance and transformation execution.

The role partners with client executives and internal teams to shape transformation agendas drive delivery excellence provide strategic guidance and grow consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Consulting-Led Project & Program Delivery
  • Define engagement scope around business goals value realization and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop integrated delivery roadmaps aligning strategy execution benefits schedule cost and quality.
  • Lead steering committees governance reviews and executive decision-making forums.
  • Drive value realization through KPI definition benefits tracking and ROI measurement.
  • Manage risks issues dependencies and delivery challenges proactively.
  • Apply Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
Strategic Advisory & Executive Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into transformation strategies and executable roadmaps.
  • Present executive-level recommendations insights and decision frameworks.
  • Build alignment across business technology and delivery stakeholders.
  • Influence strategic direction through structured problem-solving and consulting best practices.
Portfolio Governance & Delivery Excellence
  • Oversee a portfolio of strategic transformation programs.
  • Ensure delivery against scope schedule budget quality and business value targets.
  • Establish governance frameworks quality controls reporting and performance metrics.
  • Manage program financials forecasting profitability and contractual compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned best practices and delivery accelerators.
Business Development & Practice Growth
  • Identify and convert new consulting opportunities within client accounts.
  • Support business cases proposals and transformation offerings.
  • Contribute thought leadership frameworks and points of view.
  • Mentor and develop consulting and delivery talent.
Qualifications
Experience
  • 15 years of experience in management consulting transformation program or portfolio leadership.
  • Proven success delivering large-scale multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
  • Strong experience advising C-level and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consulting delivery value realization and business development.
  • Experience leading global cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Technology or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP PgMP PRINCE2
  • Agile / SAFe
  • Prosci Change Management
  • TOGAF or equivalent

Mandatory Skills: Project Management.

Experience: >10 YEARS.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 110000 to CAD 160000 .
