What youll be doing

As a Senior Consultant Leads Analytics youll be a key member of the AI Data & Analytics Office reporting to the Director Frontline Analytics & Insights - Leads Analytics. Youll play a critical role in delivering actionable analytics insightful dashboards and transformation initiatives that support Personal & Business Banking. Youll leverage advanced analytics to uncover business insights optimize performance and turn complex data into practical insights that inform business decisions. Youll also support data modernization initiatives that enable outcome-based data-driven strategies across frontline business functions.

How youll succeed

  • Consultation & advisory - Act as a thought partner to business leaders providing advice and recommendations that support business mandate development and enable better faster decision-making. Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather critical information on management techniques client issues strategic priorities and project requirements.

  • Develop Scalable ETL/ELT Pipelines Design implement and own transformation logic across Bronze Silver and Gold layers ensuring data quality reconciliation and maintainability.

  • Uphold Engineering Standards Promote reusable patterns coding standards and CI/CD practices suitable for Databricks and Power BI environments.

  • Enable Self-Serve Reporting Deliver Power BI semantic models datasets and dashboards supporting scalable reporting and role-based data access.

  • Analytics & story telling with data - Translate complex data into clear actionable insights for diverse business stakeholders. Monitor campaign performance and trends proposing recommendations to address gaps optimize resources and drive profitable revenue growth. Conduct ad hoc analyses to address emerging business issues utilizing a variety of structured and unstructured data sources. Ensure data-driven recommendations are presented in a concise impactful manner suitable for executive audiences.

  • Cross-functional collaboration - Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across strategy teams analytics product channels and other internal groups. Liaise with partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and facilitate effective decision-making.

Who you are

  • You design and deliver user-friendly reports and dashboards. You work with large datasets and proficient with analytics tools/concepts such as Databricks SQL SAS Power BI and medallion architecture.

  • Youre highly skilled in data modeling and analytics. You apply dimensional modeling slowly changing dimensions data quality controls reconciliation and performance optimization at scale.

  • You understand reporting and self-serve analytics. You have experience supporting Power BI semantic models datasets DAX and role-based data access with an understanding of how trusted data foundations enable strong reporting experiences.

  • You give meaning to data. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information. You communicate detailed information in a meaningful way.
