More about the role:

The Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and refine communication tools including key messaging Q&A documents press releases speeches and other materials as requested.
  • Contribute to the development of an internal communication strategy and tools.
  • Support internal communications and key employee initiatives (internal events newsletter articles etc.).
  • Contribute tocontent production for internal and external communications tools and platforms such as web articles consultation content and graphic design support.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.

The Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in communications journalism or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-7years of experience in internal communications or a comparable corporate communications role.
  • Strong writing editing and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Ability to create links and maintain strong internal relationships.
  • Experience with internal communications platforms (e.g. intranet/CMS email distribution tools newsletter platforms).
