M3 Large-Scale Acute Care CIS/EHR Transformation 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Clinical Business Analyst Clinical Informatics Analyst or equivalent supporting a large-scale acute-care digital health transformation or CIS implementation. Direct experience building configuring implementing or supporting a comparable Clinical Information System (CIS) / Electronic Health Record (EHR). Experience translating clinical workflows and requirements into digital health/CIS solutions. Experience supporting complex healthcare transformation programs involving multiple clinical stakeholders and/or healthcare organizations. M4 Inpatient Medicine Demonstrated experience developing clinical deliverables supporting Inpatient Medicine. Experience must relate directly to inpatient/acute-care clinical workflows documentation processes clinical content or CIS/EHR implementation. M5 Availability Candidate must be available to commence the assignment on or about August 24 2026 or earlier if possible. M6 Submission Limit Maximum two candidates may be submitted by the vendor. S3 Healthcare Workshop Facilitation 3 Years 3 years of demonstrated experience: Leading workshops with healthcare providers. Facilitating requirements-gathering sessions. S4 Stakeholder Engagement & Self-Direction 5 Years 5 years of experience demonstrating: Strong self-direction and ability to work independently. Ability to communicate complex clinical and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
